Could you do some more alternatives? I used to run, I got to be about 45lb overweight but could still run because my joints were strong from my athleticism when I was a teenager. However I got in an accident that messed up my ankle. 2 years later its strong enough to *walk* on. I gained about 15lb during the healing process. My ankle just isn’t strong enough to handle the extra strain and forced bad posture a gut causes.
